Skarbro Designs Mother’s Day Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor: The Skarbro Designs Mother’s Day Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Skarbro Designs, accessible at skarbrodesigns.com (“Sponsor”).

 

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Skarbro Designs, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

 

3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on April 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter: There are two methods of entry: a. Purchase Entry: During the Giveaway Period, for every $1 spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees) on qualifying purchases at skarbrodesigns.com, you will automatically receive 1 entry into the Giveaway. Multiple purchases are allowed, and entries will be cumulative based on total dollars spent. b. No-Purchase-Necessary Entry: To enter without making a purchase, you must follow Skarbro Designs on one of our social media pages (TikTok, Instagram, or Youtube), like one of our posts, and comment on that same post during the Giveaway Period. You must complete all three actions (follow, like, comment) to qualify for 1 entry. Limit of 1 entry per person for each like and comment on a unique video or post, regardless of the number of comments or likes. Multiple entries via this method are allowed by liking and commenting on different posts, but each action must be on a unique post.

 

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 Visa gift card. The gift card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions are allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $100 USD.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be conducted on or about May 12, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The winner will be notified via email (for purchase entries) or direct message on the social media platform used for entry (for no-purchase entries) within 5 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

7. Prize Conditions: The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize. The prize will be delivered electronically via email of shipped to a physical address of the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the specified time, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

8. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a disruptive manner. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may affect entry submission.

 

9. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

 

10. Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize.

 

11. Privacy: Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the prize or as required by law.

 

12. Governing Law: The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Sponsor is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.

 

13. No Affiliation: This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Shopify.
