Refund policy

 

With the exception of the Back Buddy Scrubber, we do not accept returns. We have a 30-day return and refund policy for the Back Buddy Scrubber. Return and refund requests for the Back Buddy Scrubber can be made within your Customer Account.

 

Due to our other products being custom made, we do not accept returns on these products. We have a 30-day exchange policy that is limited to items that are damaged upon delivery. Exchange requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
